In-Home Consultation

We schedule a meeting to listen to your ideas and share our expertise. We also explore options selection of finishes, take measurements and assess:

Foundation walls
Adequate ceiling heights
Capacity of electrical panel
Space between property line and your house
Parking availability

2.

Sketch & Quote

Your ideas and requests are translated into a proposed sketch; proposed sketch and estimate are emailed for your review. We will follow up in about two days with text or email.

3.

Design Confirmation

Scheduled meeting for presentation a 3D sketch of your basement and for adding final touches to design. Selection of your finishes are also reviewed and/or finalized.

4.

Drawings & Permitting

Our in-house BCIN Designer creates detailed architectural drawings capturing your ideas and submits application for building permit.

5.

Construction

Start date of construction scheduled upon receiving building permit. As a design+build contractor, we:

Coordinate the various trades
Supervise and inspect construction
Schedule inspections
Do some of the work from time to time

6.

Post-construction Cleaning

After construction is completed and final inspection is done, we do a detailed cleaning from mopping your floors to polishing your

bathroom mirror and plumbing fixtures
